S H I P P I N G

All items are posted on either Monday or Friday because we are a small business and currently travelling around Australia a post office may not be directly on hand each day. If you need your throw by a certain date or as a gift please make sure you order well before the due date. This will insure your gift makes it to its new home on time. 

Australia shipping
Shipping within Australia is estimated to take 5-7 working days. Because we are limited to postage days, we sadly do not offer an express postage options at this time. 

International shipping
International shipping normally takes between 10-25 days depending on your location.
Customs duties are at the cost of the buyer.

Roaming dawn is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel.

R E T U R N  – P O L I C Y

Roaming Dawns products are hand made therefore some throws may have small imperfections in the designs, Roaming Dawn does not offer refunds. In the unlikely event that your garment is faulty or damaged you may be entitled to a replacement. Please review the below conditions:

– All exchange pieces must be received in their original condition: unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any items that are not in line with our return policy; returns not in compliance with our returns policy are subject to being sent back at the customer’s expense.
– The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
– The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please ensure your package cannot get damaged on the way. We also recommend using trackable services as we cannot be held accountable for items that go missing in transit.
– We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
– We do not cover the costs of postage back to our office, and back to your address.
– All of our garments are handmade with love and have gone through a quality control inspection before being shipped. We will not fix colour fading, pulling, fabric deterioration and colour running. Please follow the care instructions with your package.
– Roaming Dawn holds a no-warranty policy.
– Due to different qualities in computer screens, some throws may appear slightly different shades of colour in person.
